Bitsight is a cyber risk management leader transforming how companies manage exposure, performance, and risk for themselves and their third parties. Companies rely on Bitsight to prioritize their cybersecurity investments, build greater trust within their ecosystem, and reduce their chances of financial loss.
Built on over a decade of technological innovation, its integrated solutions deliver value across enterprise security performance, digital supply chains, cyber insurance, and data analysis.

  • We invented the cyber ratings industry in 2011
  • Over 3000 customers trust Bitsight
  • Over 750 teammates are dispersed throughout Boston, Raleigh, New York, Lisbon, Singapore, and remote

Cyber Risk Quantification is all about helping customers answer some of the most challenging questions cyber security and risk leaders face today: Where should we allocate our budget against today’s top threats? How do we prove our security investments are paying off? How can we communicate with our board in terms they’ll understand? How can we calibrate cyber insurance to ensure proper coverage if something bad happens?

According to Gartner, by 2025, 50% of cybersecurity leaders will have tried, unsuccessfully, to use cyber risk quantification to drive enterprise decision-making. If you are successful in your role, you will have helped bend the curve by enabling security and risk leaders to leverage reliable, real-world data to optimize critical decisions effectively and communicate more effectively with non-technical stakeholders. As a result of your efforts, you will help Bitsight create a universal understanding of cybersecurity risk and measurably reduce cyber risk around the world.

The right person for this role will be someone who can move fluidly between the business and technology and build relationships that will enable them to work cross-functionally across the organization. If you are someone who enjoys deconstructing high level strategic concepts into actionable solutions and can roll up your sleeves to understand technical requirements, then this is a great role for you.

As a Senior PM for Cyber Risk Quantification, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive product requirements, product strategy, and roadmap for Bitsight’s Risk Insights capabilities, including its Financial Quantification product

  • Participate as a member of the CRQ Methodology Working Group, providing feedback on methodology design and processes, including testing approaches

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and a subject matter expert on CRQ and Bitsight’s Financial Quantification product for internal groups

  • Create the go to market plan, including customer and industry focus, sales strategy, pricing, and success metrics

  • Drive product awareness and adoption, in collaboration with marketing, sales, and other go to market team members

To do your job well, we expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in cyber risk quantification

  • Strong communication and analytical skills, including ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.

  • Collaborated with Data Science teams to deliver software products.

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • 5+ years of Product management experience with focus on software products and services.

  • Interacted regularly with customers and prospects to understand their needs and articulate CRQ product strategy.

  • Strong technical abilities (e.g. SQL, R, Python, data analysis are a plus)
