Abnormal Security is looking for an ambitious and growth-minded Product Manager to drive innovation and expand our product offering from email security to cloud security by leveraging an underlying platform that deeply understands human behavior.

As a Product Manager, you will be accountable for product definition and roadmap planning and a key contributor to Cloud Security Product strategy. You'll also work closely with stakeholders across R&D, GTM, and the executive team to advance your areas of product ownership and deliver value to customers.

What you will do

Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our cloud security offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative security solutions.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development.
Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions.
Foster a culture of high operational excellence and ownership within the product team.

Must have skills

8+ years of industry experience with 2 - 5 Yrs of product management experience.
Prior experience working with highly technical products
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers
High operational excellence and ownership in all work undertaken
Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to reason through ambiguous problems and make effective and well-justified decisions
Growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a high-paced startup environment
