About the Role

Abnormal Security is looking for an ambitious and growth-minded Product Manager to drive innovation and expand our product offering from email security to cloud security by leveraging an underlying platform that deeply understands human behavior.

As a Product Manager, you will be accountable for product definition and roadmap planning and a key contributor to Cloud Security Product strategy. You'll also work closely with stakeholders across R&D, GTM, and the executive team to advance your areas of product ownership and deliver value to customers.

What you will do

  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our cloud security offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative security solutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a culture of high operational excellence and ownership within the product team.

Must have skills

  • 8+ years of industry experience with 2 - 5 Yrs of product management experience.
  • Prior experience working with highly technical products
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • High operational excellence and ownership in all work undertaken
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to reason through ambiguous problems and make effective and well-justified decisions
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a high-paced startup environment

Good to have skills

  • Prior experience at enterprise SaaS/B2B companies
  • Prior startup experience
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity
  • Prior experience working as a software engineer
