As the Talent Brand Manager at Abnormal Security, you will play a pivotal role on a worthy mission as we shape and elevating our global talent brand. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to develop and implement effective talent marketing strategies. You will be responsible for refining and activating our employee value proposition, producing compelling content, managing social media presence, and organizing brand-building events. A fundamental part of your role will involve aggregating and leveraging data to measure the success of your strategies, engaging current employees as brand ambassadors, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with our brand values. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive initiatives that attract and engage top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Your efforts will directly contribute to positioning Abnormal Security as a premier employer in the highly competitive tech landscape.

What you will do

  • Talent Brand Strategy: Establish and continuously improve Abnormal Security's global Talent Brand, aligning with our core values, business goals, and established look and feel
    Market Analysis and Engagement: Analyze target markets and define tailored marketing strategies to engage top talent across various digital mediums
  • Content Creation and Management: Partner with Marking, Branding, Comms, and other cross-functional team members in a highly collaborative environment to build and deliver employer brand content, crafting stories that resonate with our target audience.
  • Social Media and Digital Presence: Manage the digital assets of our global talent brand, ensuring consistent and engaging content that highlights our culture and opportunities.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and execute employer branding events to attract talent and increase brand awareness.
  • Candidate Experience: Collaborate with the recruiting team to enhance the candidate journey, ensuring it reflects our employer brand at every touchpoint.
  • Employee Engagement: Mobilize employees as brand ambassadors, creating a strong internal brand culture that supports external branding efforts.
  • Research and Innovation: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying insights to our talent brand strategy.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships to extend our brand reach and attract diverse talent, integrating D&I principles in all initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for branding initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize analytics to track the success of talent marketing initiatives, making data-informed adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration and Enablement: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop messaging and materials that support recruiting efforts.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Branding for an Enterprise SaaS organization, preferably in cybersecurity
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate marketing including brand development, digital marketing strategies, social media management, and content creation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful talent marketing campaigns and initiatives demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other brand-relevant design tool
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to guide strategy decisions
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong storytelling capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred

Base salary range:
$131,000$154,000 USD
