WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Qualia is seeking a Security Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will help assess risk and communicate your results to stakeholders, empowering them to make informed decisions and manage risk in alignment with Qualia’s business objectives, risk appetite, and compliance requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business functional groups to:
  • Obtain the required information to complete third-party onboardings and due diligence requests in a timely manner
  • Reassess existing third-party relationships to ensure ongoing risk review activities are completed in accordance with Qualia’s policies
  • Perform walkthroughs, document process workflows, develop risk control matrices, and remediate control gaps
  • Gather evidence documenting Qualia’s compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual, and compliance requirements
  • Assist the Head of Information Security and Security Compliance Manager to update Information Security policies and procedures on an annual basis
  • Review privileged and non-privileged accounts on a quarterly basis to ensure adherence to the principle of least privilege
  • Develop a strategic vision and tactical plans for the future of the Security Compliance program

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

• 4+ years of relevant third-party risk, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, or internal audit experience
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO, NIST, PCI DSS)
• Experience with third party risk systems, including survey techniques and scoring systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on producing reports and documentation that will be presented to senior management and regulators

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience in FinTech or real estate technology
• CISA, CISM, CRISC or working toward obtaining industry certifications
• The ability to automate tasks, including data collection and analysis
