In this role, you will:
This role is a Manager level role that will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales. The goal of this role is to build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. The role focuses on leadership, development and the execution of Enterprise Sales goals - which is to drive usage within the assigned account base.
This individual is required to have a high degree of technical knowledge and will partner closely with the SE, CS, Product and Marketing teams. This individual should be a top performing manager with experience at a fast growing infrastructure or ML/AI cloud software company.
Role and hiring criteria:
Candidates MUST come from the infrastructure / data / AI/ML software space.

Candidates MUST have a minimum 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager
Candidate MUST have managed an Enterprise Account team, closing net new logos AND driving horizontal expansion of new use cases

Candidates MUST have a consistent track record of performance above quota / top of peer group
Candidates MUST not be “job hoppers”. We want to see consistent performance over a 2-3 year period (min.) at a single company.
Candidates MUST have start-up experience
It is Preferred that the candidate has PLG GTM experience
It is Preferred that the candidate understands MEDDPPICC
