The roleAlcove is looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As the marketing manager at Alcove, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and building a brand that our customers love. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the CEO and CPO to create compelling messaging and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. About The CompanyAlcove is a software company backed by Menlo Labs, a startup studio within Menlo Ventures. Alcove has reimagined the procurement process faced by interior designers and customers and is building a highly collaborative, beautiful experience that makes acquiring furniture and design materials simple and fun! Our platform decreases the procurement time needed while increasing the variety and quantity of products available to complete a design project.What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, focusing on driving customer adoption, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Craft clear, persuasive, and differentiated messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of our interior design SaaS platform to target audiences
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to understand product features, capabilities, and roadmaps, and translate technical details into customer-facing benefits
  • Drive the creation and execution of product launch plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful and impactful product releases
  • Conceptualize, oversee, and implement compelling social media campaigns tailored to engage our target audience of interior designers
  • Formulate an effective content strategy and produce relevant content for dissemination across various communication channels
  • Supervise contracts, cultivate relationships, and maintain seamless communication with brand ambassadors, influencers, brand partners, and creators of user-generated content. Monitor their outputs and evaluate the overall campaign performance
  • Utilize concrete performance metrics to assess the efficacy of campaigns and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders
  • Lead a team of freelance professionals responsible for executing diverse marketing strategies, encompassing social media visuals, video editing, paid campaigns, and more

About you
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS industry or interior design industry
  • Experience building or driving a program from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
  • History of strong collaboration with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
  • Exceptional written, visual, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams with a vision
