Who we’re looking for

The Junior Sales Operations Associate is responsible for ongoing, basic maintenance and facilitation of our sales processes. This is a detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and will make an impact on the daily operation of the business.

This is an entry-level position. As such, most of the qualifications for the job are more “soft skill” oriented. Please read the following carefully as they are the most critical facet of what we will base our hiring decision on. Candidates for this role should be intelligent, eager to learn, conscientious, and have excellent communication skills. Candidates should also be very familiar with spreadsheets as they will spend a lot of time in them.

What you’ll be doing

  • Day-to-day support of our Sales operations & processes
  • Work in a myriad of CRM tools (E.g. Salesforce, DocuSign, Groove)
  • Triage user requests and address or route them based on the request’s requirements
  • Assist in requirement gathering from users
  • Perform quality assurance tasks
  • Assist in maintaining data cleanliness within our systems; spreadsheets are often required
  • Assist in maintaining & creating reports
  • Assist in maintaining process documentation
  • Seek feedback from user groups for improvements to existing processes & procedures
  • Bulk upload datasets (e.g. mass lead import)
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our Junior Sales Operations Associate to have the following skills and experiences

  • Proficient in commonly used business applications (E.g. spreadsheets, word documents, etc)
  • Did we mention spreadsheets?
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Passion for helping others and taking pride in your work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player who enjoys supporting their stakeholders
  • Previous experience supporting multiple teams is a plus
  • Some experience with the Salesforce platform is beneficial but not required


The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $55,000 - $75,000

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 20%.
