We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Engineer to join our UX Engineering team. This is an exciting role with excellent career and salary opportunities. To apply you must have at least 3 years full-time professional experience as a software engineer, preferably with a front-end focus. This is a technical role focused on assisting the development of our SaaS product.
Working alongside other experienced UX Engineers, you will use your UX experience and passion to forge deeper capability in the Engineering team, promoting reuse across our product and work to drive efficient delivery and consistency of UX work. You will be contributing to the UX strategy of the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional user-centered design solutions.
Our iterative approach to product development focuses on the features customers need, so they can get up to speed as fast as possible and be one step closer to achieving their goals.
Going above and beyond implementing new features, we focus on customer experience, building high-quality, secure, and scalable software. We want our customers to end their legacy processes and embrace Enable for their financial processes.
You will be:
- Championing best-in-practice front-end architectures and patterns.
- Delivering reusable components and guidance through the Enable Design System.
- Producing rapid prototypes of concepts and ideas.
- Conducting UX reviews on active feature work.
- Offering "UX as a Service" to our product engineering teams.

- All things UX/UI
