ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Onboarding and Risk Operations Analyst at Bluevine, you will be scaling our operations and ensuring we are meeting policy requirements. Bluevine is looking for an analyst who will be responsible for the critical review of client files throughout the application process and account life-cycle. This person will be in charge for gathering and analyzing data to verify the identity of Know your Customer (KYC) and Know your business (KYB). Onboarding and Risk analysts work alongside a motivated team and are exposed to all aspects of FinTech operations in a high-growth startup environment.

This is not a fully remote role. At Bluevine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices have reopened in accordance with local guidelines, and follow a hybrid model.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide assistance for daily onboarding and risk operations, ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Research and resolve client inquiries related to current onboarding and existing accounts applications/accounts cross functionally
  • Assist with Onboarding, Existing Clients Maintenance and Compliance queues
  • Support with application processing and improve procedures
  • Leverage inter-departmental relationships to deliver elegant solutions that create operational synergies
  • Limit exposure by ensuring zero defects in our client agreements and supporting documentation

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • 2+ years of operational or analytical experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Compliance
  • Detail-oriented and puts a high value on accuracy
  • A team player who is able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Proficiently uses Excel to create spreadsheets, models, and reports
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Motivated to work on a cross-functional team in an entrepreneurial environment
