At Abnormal, Talent Researchers are strategic partners who utilize in-depth market and internal intelligence to up-level the proactive identification and engagement of top-tier talent for our organization and as well as our overall Talent Strategy.

What you will do:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting colleagues to understand talent requirements.
  • Identify and map out passive candidates with expertise relevant to Abnormal.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative messaging strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Act as a trusted guide for candidates while assessing alignment.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage data to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Must Haves:

  • 6+ years in the recruiting space with at least 3 years of proven experience in in talent research, sourcing, and competitive intelligence within the tech industry.
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Power user of the recruiting tech stack
