What you will do:

Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting colleagues to understand talent requirements.
Identify and map out passive candidates with expertise relevant to Abnormal.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools to inform recruitment strategies.
Develop and implement innovative messaging strategies to attract passive candidates.
Act as a trusted guide for candidates while assessing alignment.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Leverage data to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Must Haves:

6+ years in the recruiting space with at least 3 years of proven experience in in talent research, sourcing, and competitive intelligence within the tech industry.
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
Power user of the recruiting tech stack
