Director of Product Operations
About the Role
As the Director of Product Operations at our Enterprise SaaS business, you will play a critical role in shaping and overseeing the operational aspects of our product development lifecycle. Your main focus will be on the cross-divisional ownership of the product journey, including roadmap planning, release processes, and product packaging and pricing. You will work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations and Product Management teams to ensure that our product operations are streamlined, effective, and aligned with our business goals.

What You Will Do
- Product Journey Management: Lead the cross-divisional initiatives for the product journey, including roadmap development, release processes, product packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Collaboration with GTM Ops and PMs: Work closely with GTM Operations and Product Management teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in product messaging and operational processes.
- Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to optimize product operations, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness throughout the product lifecycle.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in the product operations process, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Product Operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of product operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in product operations or related roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including roadmap planning, release management, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
