The Manager, Europe Talent Management is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources functions in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland and Germany. You will partner with the business and manage the HR agenda across the region, including the following processes; Benefits Administration, Compensation, Performance Management, Compliance, Employee Onboarding; for the Europe region.
You drive organizational development and change in regional projects and ensure delivery of HR services which are efficient and compliant with laws, regulations, and policies. You will also be involved in company acquisition initiatives in Europe, including set-up of HR operations in countries that Carbonite may not yet be established. The Manager, Europe Talent Management is expected to maintain an effective level of business literacy about the region’s financial metrics and goals, its annual plan, its culture and its competition. You report to the Director, Global Talent Management, who is based in the US, and will have 1-2 HR direct reports across the European region.
