Avi Networks Opens a New Window. is looking for a driven Sales Representative to build and expand Avi’s customer base in Ohio Valley region. You must thrive on hunting and closing enterprise infrastructure deals that transform approaches to technology - generating interest, ferreting out opportunities, qualifying prospects, building solutions and closing sales.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience prospecting and growing major accounts against incumbents, negotiating with large organizations, prioritizing and making project happen, and closing complex sales.
- Experience in data center, networking, load balancer and/or ADC markets
- Pricing and contract negotiation experience
- Experience selling subscription software
- High level of forecast accuracy expected
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Expect to spend 80% of your time in the field with prospects, customers & partners (ecosystem and channel).
- Deliver product presentations via web casting tools
- Develop and manage pipeline to overachieve on sales targets
- Uncover, educate & close prospective customers
- Manage relationships and maintaining high levels of customer service
- Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing and engineering
- Proven track record building a pipeline and delivering on sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure with limited resources
