Demand Generation Representative at Captricity

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Rep who has real-world experience in delivering results. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. Ideal candidates should be self-starters, have a proven track record of converting leads into qualified opportunities, and managing to a lead generation process. The ideal candidate will understand the book “Predictable Revenue” and what this role entails. Responsibilities

Generate demand for Captricity’s technology by prospecting and qualifying leads through both inbound and outbound qualification
Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and business
Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
Identify and actively address inefficiencies: we need to leverage our tools for prospecting at speed
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Captricity
Preferred Qualifications

Prior inside or outbound sales experience and have demonstrated familiarity with SaaS products and selling in an enterprise B2B sales environment; plus work with Salesforce or CRM tool
You are competitive and driven to achieve goals; consistent track record of overachieving
You are articulate and poised with a clear concise spoken and written communication style
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High energy and positive attitude and resilient
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
3+ years of experience in sales
Demonstrable track record of opportunity generation from lead pipeline
