Sales Operations Manager at Heap

Heap has made a fundamental innovation in analytics, and companies like Zendesk and Optimizely have chosen us over other alternatives because of our "capture everything" approach to analytics. Our revenue has increased more than 3x in the prior year, and we're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help us scale to $100M in ARR and beyond.
You'll own operational strategy and planning, sales org modeling and target setting, compensation structures, KPI reporting and analytics, forecasting, deal hygiene, and systems design and maintenance - all delivering significant impact and results. You'll work closely with our Head of Sales and our founders.
Create and optimize sales processes, data and applications that support the sales team
Administration of Salesforce and other sales systems, including integrations and vendor management
Implement product and territory modules in Salesforce
Development and ownership of the revenue model and go-to-market plan
Business analytics reporting and analysis, with a particular focus on early warning signals emerging in data trends and mitigating actions
Provide accurate forecasts based on pipeline, close ratios, and deal inputs from the sales team
Partner with sales and marketing on account and contact acquisition that fuels outbound demand generation activities
Establish compensation, training, and sales incentive programs
Ad-hoc initiatives for the CEO, COO, and Heads of Sales and Marketing
3-5 years of experience in sales operations, finance, business operations, or consulting
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Ability to develop dashboards and reports in Salesforce
Ability to write SQL and work with Biz Ops
Detailed understanding of a SaaS sales organization structure
Previous experience working within a sales organization at a mid-stage start-up that is growing quickly
