Channel Marketing Lead at Eero

Job Overview:

eero is looking for an awesome Channel Marketing Lead, a critical role within the sales organization. The CML role will be responsible for overall retail channel marketing strategy, development, and execution. The CML will report into the channel sales organization yet partner closely with marketing to insure continuity in brand, positioning and experience in each respective channel.

What you’ll do:

Bring our premium brand and unique product experience and story to life in all retail channels
Work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights
Develop, in partnership with sales leadership, a complete marketing plan with all channel partners; in-store, online, merchandising, advertising, promotional and training
Manage directly the marketing relationships within respective channel partner to insure full alignment and execution on all retailer marketing initiatives
Manage agency relationships to insure alignment on brand experience, execution and compliance with eero within channel partners
Work cross-functionally within the organization to insure all parties are delivering on commitments needed to drive channel marketing activities
Utilize data and shopper insights to provide recommendations to drive category understanding/growth and eero market share growth

We’re looking for someone who has:

7+ years of Marketing/Channel Marketing experience, 2+ years as a team leader
Experience in various segments of distribution (Mass, CE, Club, CEDIA, online)
The ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently to drive winning results with key channel partners
The passion for innovative thinking - how to do things uniquely in online/brick and mortar environment
A BS/BA degree or equivalent
