We’re looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain & Order Processing Specialist to join our growing Automotive team. As the Supply Chain & Order Processing Specialist, you report directly to the Head of Business Operations and work closely with our supply chain partners, project managers and resident engineers to process our customer orders and support our supply chain quality process to ensure we meet our customer obligations.
Coordinates and tracks the activities with cross functional resources to launch programs and effectively process orders accurately and on time, including ordering materials and making shipments when needed
Maintains documentation of bill of materials for all parts
Manages the purchase requests and invoices for raw and finished goods
Works with partners and Telenav personnel to submit and track supply chain documentation for customer programs
Ensures proper documentation of all departmental activities, conversations, etc. with customers, suppliers, Telenav personnel, and other parties directly impacting the finished product
Develops and implements policies and procedures that will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the department
Prepares regular status updates and supporting reports on defined performance metrics, costs, units shipped, etc.
Provides support to in the event of problems or issues requiring a higher level of intervention
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across different global locations
You have a willingness to learn new and more effective ways to process and track order fulfillment history
Professional written and verbal communications skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
High School Diploma
Able to work in a fast moving and growing environment
Desired skills or experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Sales order processing experience preferred, but not required
Automotive industry supply chain experience preferred, but not required
Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Strong work ethic and highly organized
A data-driven approach to order processing, fulfillment tracking
Energetic, self-motivated, team player with a love for learning and trying new things
