Responsibilities:

Lead the technical interaction with OEM customers and tier 1 suppliers, creating the highest possible impression for Telenav’s automotive navigation products and technology
Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support
Obtain, report, and thoroughly comprehend OEM and system vendor specifications and requirements
Summarize and present infotainment and navigation trends
Benchmark competitor offerings and report results
Influence Telenav’s product roadmap to maximize opportunity for winning business with OEM and tier 1 suppliers
Support the definition of Telenav’s product requirements and new product features based on customer feedback
Comprehend and communicate technical and program information to Telenav’s development team
Design and develop navigation application product specifications
Support internal and customer technical reviews
Manage the design change process with the customer
Support Telenav’s development team to troubleshoot product and integration issues with customers
Support Telenav Sales, Business Development, Project Management and Engineering teams for customer technical issues
Demonstrate Telenav’s products to customers and explain the features and capabilities in-depth
Support the technical aspects of RFQ responses, technical presentations and workshops


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
5+ years of working experience in automotive engineering field
Strong technical knowledge of in-vehicle navigation and infotainment systems
Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Strong work ethic with willingness to travel
Energetic, self-motivated, team player with a love for learning and trying new things
