What You'll Work On


We seek a Growth Manager to join our High Growth Accounts Team as we continue to grow our largest revenue opportunity accounts. This person will be an early team member of the Qualia High Growth Accounts team, reporting to the Director of High Growth Accounts. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams throughout the company serving as a strategic partner that helps these high growth accounts expand their business into new markets by leveraging Qualia’s products and ecosystem. You are responsible for discovering growth opportunities, implementation, driving revenue growth and adoption of the Qualia platform.




  • Drive revenue growth and adoption of the Qualia platform
  • Lead out the onboarding of High Growth Accounts onto the Qualia Connect API product
  • Establish and maintain relationships with accounts
  • Work with key stakeholders and internal teams to identify growth opportunities with new and existing accounts
  • Prepare go-to market strategies for managing the closing process in new markets
  • Develop & execute continuous, client-based communications strategy to monitor success, adoption, and satisfaction of the Qualia Connect product
  • Align with both internal and external product teams to implement the Qualia Connect API
  • Strategically facilitate new partnership opportunities between High Growth Accounts and other Qualia partners
