As a technical recruiter on the Talent team, you’ll work alongside Carta's Engineering leadership to find world class talent.
The technical recruiting team is growing to meet the demand of our hiring goals in 2019 and beyond. You'll serve as a key partner to Carta's technology leaders. This position is dynamic: you'll be working closely with the Head of Recruiting to help set the priorities and recruiting strategy, communicate regular updates to our leadership team, architect new interview processes, train interviewers, mentor junior members of the team, and recruit the best technical talent in the world!

What you'll be doing

    • Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer accept
    • Act as a recruiting consultant to the Engineering team by suggesting changes to the hiring/interview process, advising hiring managers on candidate selection and offer guidance, and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices
    • Source and engage both active and passive candidates
    • Provide regular status reports to leadership. Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever) and other People systems
    • Mentor junior members of the team - this is a great chance to develop your people leadership skills
    • Focus on introducing a pipeline to managers that puts emphasis on diversity
