Senior Manger, Field Marketing and ABM Programs at Unravel

Unravel Data is looking for a high energy, collaborative marketer to partner with the sales and marketing teams to conceive, develop and execute marketing programs in the critical New York and Eastern region of the US.  This is a hands on role and you'll have the opportunity of working day to day with the local field teams and customers to support territory revenue and business objectives. You are no stranger to fast moving, high growth category creation and are well versed in integrated ABM campaigns and field marketing programs. About the Role

    • Work with HQ marketing team and sales leadership to develop a territory field marketing plan that supports marketing objectives and revenue plans
    • Conceive and drive targeted marketing plans that leverage corporate programs, regional opportunities and partners.
    • Establish a tight two-way communication with sales leadership, marketing teams and field sales teams.
    • Lead the development of  tiered ABM plans in partnership with the account teams to develop deep decision maker relationships, awareness, engagement and conversions to new opportunities and expansion
    • Create and deliver GTM campaigns and plays that are account specific
    • Plan and execute pipeline generation and acceleration programs targeting specific key roles within target accounts.
    • Engage with Inside Sales and Sales Development Reps to track lead follow- up, qualification and conversion to ensure there is alignment between the field marketing activity and lead follow-up.
    • Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the field and ABM marketing plan.
    • Partner with Marketing Ops to Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Establish relationships with Regional customers to drive reference program initiatives, establish user communities and advocacy
    • Act as the “chief marketing officer” for your region

About You

    • Candidate should have 5+ years’ marketing and/or sales experience in Enterprise software
    • Ideal candidate has 3+ years specifically supporting a sales territory or accounts in a field ABM GTM model
    • Knowledge of IT Buyer types (APM, IT Operations, Big data, domain knowledge preferred
    • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent project, analytical and budget management skills.
    • Can Context shift frequently to work both strategically and in a hands-on fashion.
    • Deep understanding of sales, the sales process, sales cycles and knows how to support sales account planning.
    • Used salesforce and Marketo to create campaigns and track program performance
    • Experience of other martech and ABM tools a strong plus - Engagio, Rollworks, Hootsuite, Uberflip, Sales Loft, DiscoverOrg etc.
    • Familiarity aligning integrated marketing campaigns to a sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
    • Strong knowledge of markets, trends, industries, buying behavior and how to work with partners
    • Written and spoken communication that is clear, concise and impactful
    • A creative mind that uses new ideas and perspectives to solve problems
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic startup culture
    • Ability to influence others in a cross-functional team
