Oh, and a few particulars for this role:
 
As an Account Manager at Signifyd, you combine your strong experience with consultative sales processes with a passion for data-driven value propositions. You are excited to protect and grow the long-standing commercial relationship of Signifyd’s Mid-Market clients, at the nexus of machine learning models, fintech, and our disruptive, liability-shifting business model.  You can align Signifyd priorities with strong day-to-day operations to create mutually beneficial action plans for our merchants. You are empathetic--ready to partner with Signifyers from all departments and our customers to experiment with GTM strategy and launching Signifyd’s newest products.

Responsibilities:

    • Drive consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue targets through disciplined pipeline and sales process management
    • Lead the conversation to ensure renewals and expansion opportunities are identified and closed successfully with assistance from Signifyd client services and data science teams.
    • Act as a trusted resource and point of escalation in non-revenue generating activities between Signifyd and the merchant
    • Represent Signifyd at industry events and sales activities

Minimum qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of Sales and/or Account Management experience, with a proven ability to upsell additional products to existing clients
    • Customer management skills with strong business acumen
    • Analyze and navigate complex situations, develop associated action plans and lead teams to achieve key objectives
    • Demonstrated confidence in providing context and clarity on the path to closing business
    • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
    • An analytical and metrics-driven work style
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
    • Passion for e-commerce and new technology

Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience selling B2B products in the payments, retail, risk management, and/or machine learning sectors
    • Ability to iterate, improve and scale selling processes for new products and services, taking them from beta-launch to enterprise-ready
