Senior Product Marketing Manager at Credit Sesame

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to scale our user growth efforts while collaborating with our Product, CRM and Marketing teams. If you have a successful track record of driving customer engagement and conversion through impactful positioning and messaging, this role is for you!

You’ll be…

    • developing and evolving messaging platforms across different customer segments during various parts of the customer lifecycle;
    • establishing A/B testing programs for messaging to increase conversion, engagement, and monetization at key touchpoints—including our landing pages, mobile app, email communications, and advertisements;
    • articulating the value of our products in clear and concise ways to a variety of audiences that include our customers and partners;
    • launching new features and apps by developing go-to-market plans in collaboration with the Product team;
    • working with Marketing, Product, Design, and leadership to evolve our brand identity;
    • shaping our brand positioning with respect to both emerging customer needs and our competition;
    • engaging with our User Research team to understand our customers’ needs and emotions through both qualitative and quantitative efforts;
    • collaborating with the Analytics and User Research teams to create customer personas;
    • building, managing, and mentoring our Product Marketing team.
