We are seeking a Director of Acquisition to scale and manage our strategic plan to grow our current channels and explore new ways to attract users. If you have a successful track record in leading new-user acquisition efforts in a cost-effective way, this role is for you!

You'll be...

    • overseeing the efficient deployment of a multi-million dollar media budget, maximizing ROAS;
    • building and managing paid user acquisition channels, including SEM, Social, Display, and DRTV;
    • establishing A/B testing programs with appropriate cadence and prioritization for creative, audiences, and landing pages;
    • testing experimental marketing strategies in collaboration with our Growth team;
    • engaging and managing multiple agency relationships;
    • working cross-functionally with the leaders of the Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure we deliver well-executed acquisition campaigns, strong user engagement, and excellent tracking;
    • building, managing, and mentoring the Acquisition team.

You’ll make an impact because…

    • you’re a seasoned leader who’s led multiple performance marketing teams that have have achieved high-growth (50-100%+ annually) in consumer-focused companies;
    • you quickly grasp the financial needs of consumers in order to develop effective campaigns through both analytics and storytelling;
    • you communicate complex, data-driven insights clearly and simply;
    • you have a deep grasp of marketing attribution and ROAS methodologies;
    • you're experienced with managing and allocating a large monthly budget;
    • you have delivered impactful results working with large scale digital platforms, such as Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads and Facebook;
    • you build strong relationships with third-party agencies to ensure that they deliver value and consistently achieve or exceed goals;
    • you have experience managing direct response TV campaigns;
    • you have an understanding of marketing value and how to calculate user and program profitability based on CPI, CPC, and CPM investments;
    • you have strong analytical skills and a keen ability to articulate results, both in writing and verbally;
    • you are passionate about improving the credit wellness of our millions of users.
