We are looking for a highly organized and motivated go-getter to support all aspects of the Communication team’s systems and processes.  If you are a proactive self-starter who enjoys taking on a variety of projects, understands the importance of making data-driven decisions, and is always seeking out new things to learn, then this opportunity is for you!

You’ll be…

    • owning our email setup process from start to finish, which includes managing the email calendar;
    • creating email content and templates;
    • maintaining and updating logs to both keep campaigns organized and to track their effectiveness;
    • conducting A/B tests of subject lines, templates, targets, and landing pages in order to determine what resonates best with our audience;
    • effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects against strict deadlines;
    • working closely with our Analytics team to both implement their tests and to develop your own hypotheses;
    • interacting with data engineers to maintain and improve the Communications platform infrastructure, ensure data consistency, and enhance the user experience;
    • working closely with UX designers to improve our users’ understanding of complex financial content;
    • presenting learnings from experiments and analyses to the rest of the Product team.

    • you’re exceptionally organized and have an eye for detail;
    • you’re proficient with Excel, comfortable with analytics, and have a curious and innovative mind;
    • you’re collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally;
    • you have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SQL (preferred);you have experience working with an email service provider (preferred);
    • you have experience with analytical tools such as Looker, Mixpanel, or Tableau (preferred);
    • you have a sense of humor;
    • you have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or a similar subject.
