Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Collaborate across sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of revenue-generating activities.

  • Act as a bridge between departments, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to revenue operations.

  • Manage sales support requests to optimize sales productivity.

  • Drive data governance and compliance with sales records to maintain high levels of quality and accuracy.

  • Collaborate between sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, lead scoring, and conversion processes.

Process Optimization:

  • Drive operational excellence for our sales organization by analyzing and refining end-to-end revenue processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined workflows.

  • Strategize on process improvements and integrate best practices into the systems.

  • Ensure Sales has appropriate processes and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead and drive scalable territory management for our growing sales organization.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Own data integrity, infrastructure, and dashboarding for sales forecasting, working cross-functionally with Sales, Business Systems and Finance to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Collaboratively own data architecture and data hygiene with Business Systems.

  • Work with team analysts to analyze comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Utilize data-driven methodologies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for revenue growth.

Technology Integration:

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize technologies that support revenue operations, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.

  • Ensure seamless integration to enhance operational efficiency.

Customer Lifecycle Management:

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of customer lifecycle management strategies to enhance retention and expansion opportunities.

  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and growth.

Training and Documentation:

  • Work with the sales acceleration team on training materials and documentation to ensure all teams understand and adhere to revenue operations processes.

Experience:

- 1 - 2 years proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
